Lucy-Bleu Knight, Slash’s stepdaughter, passed away at a private home at the age of 25.
Shortly after her passing, Slash’s stepdaughter Lucy-Bleu Knight’s last eerie Instagram post was made public. The Guns N’ Roses member said that Knight, 25, passed away.
On Friday, July 19, Knight passed away at his home. The Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s Office has set a time for her autopsy.
A disturbing caption accompanied a selfie of Knight that was shared on social media around three hours after Slash made the announcement of his passing. Social media users surmised that she may have timed the post because it was shared after her passing.
Knight has a stern expression on her face as she looks away from the camera in the picture. “Whether I drowned real issues in toxic positivity, made you feel excluded, manipulated/controlled you, or told you to quit your day job from the comfort of being financially supported by my parents—I am sorry,” the caption says. Many relationships and possibilities were lost as a result of an obscenely large ego, an insecure heart, and a dread of vulnerability. May my soul grow from my mishandling of being Lucy-Bleu. Calm.
“Her loved ones must be extremely shocked and distressed by this.”
A number of users expressed their sadness in comments on the page. Even for someone who didn’t know her, reading this made me very sad. I had the impression, after reading these comments, that she was loving herself too much and was being too hard on herself. Sending her family and friends my condolences. Peace be with you, Lucy Bleu,” a user commented. The fact that you can plan a post amazes me. Her loved ones must be quite shocked and distressed by this. I apologize to everyone who loved her. One user commented, “This stinks,” while another noted, “It seems like you’ve finally found the peace you were seeking.” Although we who stayed behind will miss you dearly, you are now free to soar.
“My very first pal in the tattoo community. I consider myself fortunate to have known and called you a dear friend. I will always treasure the times we had together and the memories we made. Angel, rest in peace,” wrote Knight’s pal. “I adore you enormously. I will always treasure your artwork. and embark on the road trip that was never taken through the South. You’re the enchanted one who would text me and say, “My psychic kept saying your name,” and then, hours later, run into me. You never showed me anything except pure, unadulterated humility, and you were hilarious. Oh Lucy, a person said, and “This is so sad,” said another. My heart bleeds for the suffering she believed she had created. I will always value the commissioned pieces created by art I obtained from her.”
