When she got home, his girlfriend reportedly found him “unresponsive” and dialed 911 right away because he was “foaming at the mouth.” Terrifying details about the rapper’s death have been made public by the audio recording of the call between his girlfriend and officials.

Although Rich Homie Quan’s death is still being thoroughly investigated, TMZ has a copy of the 911 call that his girlfriend, Amber Williams, made. Williams reportedly discovered Quan’s lifeless body on the couch after leaving the house to pick up their son from school. The couple is rumored to have children.
The audio recording, which was made public mere hours after the tragic death of the rapper from Atlanta, describes the terrifying events that preceded his discovery. Williams revealed that the morning after Quan had gone to bed, she discovered him unconscious on their couch. She wrapped a blanket around him, thinking he was just dozing off, and went to get her son ready for school. When she got home, she checked on Quan and was shocked to see that he wasn’t breathing or had a pulse. “My heart isn’t beating. “It appears that he is not breathing,” she sobbed.
She went on to describe how she attempted to wake him up and discovered that his mouth was foaming. Based on the call recording, she stated, “I turned him over, and he kind of foamed at the mouth.”
Rich Homie Quan declared dead at the scene
The 911 operator told Williams to lay the rapper flat on his back and gave her instructions on how to help him breathe. Not too long after, paramedics showed up. At the scene, the 34-year-old was declared deceased. The rapper’s autopsy is scheduled for Friday by the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office, according to Page Six.
The cause of death is still a mystery. RHQ passed away suddenly on Thursday, September 5, 1990. He was born as Dequantes Devontay Lamar on October 4, 1990. With songs like Flex (Ooh, Ooh, Ooh) and Ride Out, Quan continued to grow his fan base after becoming well-known in 2013 with his hit single Type of Way. Along with Young Thug, he collaborated on the Cash Money Records project Rich Gang. Additionally, he frequently collaborated with other Atlanta artists, including 2 Chainz and Jacquees.
