Having Salman as the host would have benefited me.
I have worked with Salman Sir in the past, so having him host the show would have been beneficial to me as a participant and made me happier. However, Anil sir is a legend, a really lovely person, and he brings with him a certain hugeness, so while I am thrilled to have him, I also hope that he would be understanding,” Ranvir remarked.
Ranvir Shorey explained that he was given Bigg Boss OTT 3 every year, “but due to some reasons, he was unable to participate” when asked what motivated him to accept the offer. He continued by saying that he accepted the role this year because the actor had “no major work” and his son Haroon, whom he shares with his ex-wife Konkona Sen Sharma, was heading to the US for the summer. He stated that he ‘badly needed a detox from screens’ as his second explanation.
‘My strategy is to keep myself busy’
Ranvir also discussed his strategy for surviving in the Bigg Boss house. “I’m not the coolest person; I get worked up over little things,” he remarked. I will therefore find this to be challenging. However, I won’t be under any duress. Restricted food will also be a problem. However, I’m hoping they’ll provide us with enough food to last. They’re not calling for us to go hungry, I promise. However, I’m going to keep reminding myself to relax—you’re only going to be here for a few weeks. My approach is to occupy my time. completing housework, working out, and taking care of my health.
‘Salman ko koi replace nahi kar sakta’
Bigg Boss OTT’s third season had its big launch on Friday, featuring Anil Kapoor as the new host. People sometimes joke that I’m getting older backwards, but Bigg Boss is truly ageless,” he remarked.
He also revealed details of his chat with Salman Khan, highlighting the actor’s enthusiasm and support for Anil taking up his role. “Salman ko koi replace nahi kar sakta aur Anil Kapoor ko bhi koi replace nahi kar sakta…bhai (Salman Khan) bahut khush hai…meri unse baat bhi hui hai …he is very excited and happy knowing that I am doing non-fiction,” added Anil.
