According to his relatives, the 90-year-old former EastEnder passed away in his sleep yesterday.
“After a long and extraordinary life on and off the stage, our darling father Timothy West passed away peacefully in his sleep yesterday evening,” his family said in a statement. He was ninety years old. At the end, Tim was accompanied by family and friends.
Has a sister, a daughter, two sons, seven granddaughters, and four great-grandchildren. He was married to Prunella Scales for 61 years. He will be sorely missed by all of us.

The character was involved in a romantic triangle with Cora Cross (Ann Mitchell), a resident of Walford, and her estranged wife Sylvie (Linda Marlowe).
Following a fight with terminal prostate cancer, Stan was killed off the BBC serial opera in April 2015.
