According to reports, Arsenal will lose a significant player who helped bring about a change in the team’s fortunes. Edu Gaspar, the club’s sporting director and former player, is leaving.
The Daily Mail reported that it is still unknown why Edu is quitting the job. However, it is implied that after speaking with the club’s leadership, he made the decision to quit. Consequently, there might have been a reorganization of duties in important roles within the Arsenal hierarchy.

This includes players like Ben White, William Saliba, Gabriel, Martin Ødegaard, and many more to assist them advance significantly in their quest for a Premier League championship.
Edu’s exit comes on the back of a disappointing 1-0 defeat to Newcastle at St James’ Park on Saturday.
Though the reason is unclear behind Edu’s exit, it’s been reported that his departure was not due to a power struggle at the Emirates Stadium.
It remains unclear as to who will take over from the position at the moment. But one thing is clear: Arsenal would miss one of the big factors for their massive rise in form. The club is set to take on Milan on Wednesday in the UEFA Champions League, and more could be revealed by the manager during the pre-match press conference.
