Telugu superstar Ram Charan and his wife Upasana supported star badminton player PV Sindhu at the Olympics in Paris.
At the Olympics in Paris, ace badminton player PV Sindhu couldn’t have wished for greater cheerleaders. Her fellow Hyderabadis, Telugu supertsar Ram Charan and his spouse Upasana, paid her a visit and supported her during her Sunday match against Fathimath Abdul Razzaq of the Maldives.
PV’s Olympics tour
Using her Instagram Stories, Upasana shared a taste of their day out with PV on Sunday. In a video that she posted, she can be seen supporting the Indian shuttler during her match alongside Ram. After that, she posted a second video in which PV greets Ram. A third video shows Ram and Upasana being given a tour of the Olympic village by PV. She claims she had always wished to go to the Olympics, if only briefly.
Additionally, Upasana offers a virtual tour to her followers. PV is seen petting Ram and Upasana’s puppy, Rhyme, in a video that has gone viral. Ram and Upasana shared a photo of themselves with PV on Instagram as well. Upasana sported a black belt with a white ensemble, whereas Ram dressed entirely in black for the event. PV Sindhu posed between the two of them, giving a thumbs-up during her journey. The Olympic rings and the French translation of the words “Faster, higher, stronger – together” are displayed on the background banner.
In the caption of their combined photo, Ram and Upasana wrote, “#jeetkiaur all the best.” #IndianTeam @pvsindhu1 You really are a rock star. Additionally, they tagged the Olympic and Wear Team India handles. “I’m so glad you guys could come,” PV remarked. PV also shared an Instagram Story that Upasana had shared, in which she was seen strolling and conversing with famed actor Chiranjeevi, who is Ram’s father.
The magnificent opening ceremony took held outside the stadium, defying convention. Two-time medallist PV Sindhu and five-time Olympian Sharath Kamal led the Indian team. In the history of the summer competition, competitors have never sailed over a river to reach the Olympics.
Ram’s next film appearance will be in Game Changer.
